Suggestions Please!!!

I need a few suggestions on how to keep Chase from taking his diaper {clean} off and pooping in his crib!!! This silly fool, takes all his clothes off and his perfectly clean diaper off and then poops in his crib! I have no idea why he does this but it is getting a little old! Just today I have washed his entire bed linen 3 times!! I now have his back up linen on his crib so I am can give his usual stuff a rest from being assaulted with poop. I am totally open to suggestions!I am seriously thinking about wrapping his entire lower torso in ducttape~
